It is mandatory to have a minimum of D plus grade in KCSE which must include English and Kiswahili languages.

Ability to express self in both verbal and written form, having an idea of how the commission operates and ability to work with less supervision is an added advantage.

IEBC County Election Manager

Candidates for the role of County election manager must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any social science course from an established and recognized university.

He or she must have worked with IEBC for a minimum period of 5 years especially as constituency election coordinator.

IEBC Polling and Counting Clerks

This officer must possess at least a Diploma in ICT and had successfully completed a minimum of two (2) years industrial attachment. Communication and reporting skills are core requirements.

IEBC Application Process

The application procedure includes opening IEBC career portal, choose your preferred position, create an account on the career portal, login to fill the application form, attach through scanning original documents required, cross-check your application and then submit.

IEBC Recruitment Deadline

The deadline for the 2024 IEBC recruitment is scheduled for 28th March 2024. Therefore endeavour to send in your application on time. Failure to do so will disqualify you off the process.
